How to fix VXDIAG VCX SE Benz DTS Monaco “License expired”

Problem with VXDIAG VCX SE for Benz : wanted to start DTS Monaco, then the following error message came up “License expired”. What can I do ?

For the vxdiag device, you must use a USB cable to connect to the computer, install the driver, and then open the DTS Monaco software.
