I bought my elite from the people at leo global and their after sales program and customer service is excellent 5 stars believe me. I bought my maxisys pro from the truck that visits your shop Matco and after selling me the scanner I had a problem with updates and I was left alone in the process they couldn’t even give me the autel customer service numberfor me to resolve the problem.
